Employment
TravelStore offers a progressive compensation program based on a combination of salary, commission incentives and profit sharing, in addition to offering a health care program, fam program and 401K. TravelStore is an ESOP company (Employee Stock Ownership Program). Our employees own our company.
Independent Contractors
For home-based and independent agents, TravelStore offers a strong base of support with our supplier relationships with cruise lines, tour operators, package operators, airlines and hoteliers; best commissions; a comprehensive and personalized marketing program that includes a catalog, targeted mailings, and e-marketing; a lead generation program for agents targeted to their expertise; full accounting support; networking and support from colleagues; experienced and supportive management.
General Position Guidelines:
Leisure Agents
We embrace agents with a passion for our industry who are pro-active sales people and marketers, and enjoy working as part of a team. SABRE and CBPlus environment. (APOLLO in select areas.) Minimum 3+ years work experience in travel as well as personal travel experience preferred. Occasional internships may be available for those with limited experience but a desire to have a career in our industry.
Independent Contractors/At Home Agents
We welcome independent contractors who are pro-active sales professionals with a client following, and wish to be affiliated with a well-established, strong host agency with preferred relationships on both the leisure and corporate side. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Corporate Agents
TravelStore’s Corporate Division maintains an exceptional level of professionalism and is empowered to provide a high quality of Business Travel Management Services. We provide corporate agents with performance-based incentives to increase their earning potential. Support Staff
Occasionally IT, receptionist/support staff positions are available. Professionalism, patience, passion and a pleasant personality are required in interacting with the TravelStore team, our vendors and customers.
