Terms and Conditions

Deposit Policy: Properly planning a honeymoon or destination wedding requires time and research on our part. For Honeymoons, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person. For Destination Weddings, the initial deposit amount can vary from $200 to $500, based on the size of the wedding party and the services being requested. In both cases, this deposit is applied to the final payment amount for arrangements we secure for you.
Full payment: We will advise when full payment for services are due. For most travel plans this is usually between 60 and 90 days prior to your departure date.
Changes and cancellations: If you need to change or cancel any arrangements, they need to be done in writing or by e-mail. In addition to your initial deposit, airlines, resorts, tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel suppliers may have fees and penalties they impose in the event arrangements are changed or cancelled. The cancellation penalties that apply will be fully advised and determined based on the services secured in your behalf. We recommend travel insurance (see below).
Agency fees: Due to the cost of doing business, TravelStore has service fees that apply in certain situations.
Groups/Guarantees: For some events pricing is guaranteed based on a minimum number of participants. In these cases, if you do not reach the required number of participants, pricing and arrangements are subject to change. We will always clarify what your group pricing is based upon and what is included.
Banquet Event Sign-Off: If your function includes a banquet event(s), you will need to sign off on menu choices, and any other item(s) on the Banquet Event Order.
Credit Card Authorization: Nothing is charged to your credit card without your authorization. Before anything is charged to your account, we require you to sign a form (or e-mail it to us) authorizing us to charge your credit card for the payment amount required.
Legal Documents: For travel outside of the United States, a passport is required. Non-U.S. citizens must be responsible for knowing what legal documents they require for traveling outside of the U.S. For Destination Weddings, we can advise what documentation may be required for a legal wedding outside of the U.S.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the investment in your travel plans. Please review the travel insurance coverage TravelStore offers. A signed waiver is required for those electing not to purchase our travel insurance, or who elect to purchase alternate coverage.

Should TravelStore or Operator have to cancel arrangements prior to departure, payments made to date for those arrangements will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement. If you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure the conditions under which the ticket is issued as neither Operator nor TravelStore assume responsibility for such airline ticket cancellation fees.
